Oran Stainbrook  ( oranstainbrook.com ) is a builder, designer, artist, gardener, and educator. After completing a degree in architecture and working with the nonprofit City Repair on urban placemaking projects in Portland Oregon, Oran pursued independent study of earthship biotecture, permaculture, agroecology, and community development. After a brief stint at UC Berkeley in a concurrent Masters program for landscape architecture and city planning, Oran withdrew to help found a co-living startup in San Francisco. He currently works with Habitat for Humanity as a Neighborhood Revitalization Field Supervisor.

Gabriela Navarro  is driven by a pursuit to understand the contextual confines of race and gender in the application of real-world solutions. After moving to the U.S. to study philosophy and linguistics, Gaby bridged her passion for abstract critical thought and her commitment to addressing issues of institutional inequity in her work in in non-profit organizations that serve underrepresented communities. She is a recent graduate of UC Berkeley’s Master of City Planning program, where she focused on housing, community and economic development. Gaby is currently working on a Community Stabilization and Anti-Displacement Strategy for the San Francisco Planning Department.

Nicholas LaPalm  is a writer, photographer, and social justice advocate with an emphasis in intersectionality and sustainability practices. Nicholas has spent his post-collegiate career as an artist, teacher, grant-writer, gardener, and Environmental Director for the Western Shoshone Indian Reservation. He is currently performing various freelance work while traveling the states and gathering material for his first book, a work of literary journalism detailing an extensive portrait of national character in the modern century.

Claire Rementilla  is an exuberant, curious and whimsical human, often found dancing her way through sonic landscapes. She is a cook, writer, photographer, and aspiring creative producer. She enjoys helping people in whatever ways she can. Some important things: deep listening, honesty, transparency & communication, human connection, sunshine!, vegetables of all colors and sizes, and taking long, slow walks to admire the present moment. Before Claire departs Earth, she would like to continue to spread art, music, love and kindness with others.

Imani Wilson  is a Bay Area native, taking action in her community as an artist. Her background is in film and photography and has evolved into working as a fabricator on set. She operates CNC routing machines and 3D printers using Autocad Fusion 360 as her design platform. She also uses the Adobe Suite and other design programs to create a multitude of other things needed on set and at home. Her passion for learning never seems to dwindle as she spends much of her time focused on adapting new techniques with the old. Her vision is to create a space for other POC artists to learn, share, and adopt creative expressions that encourage community support and diversity.

Andres Lopez  is a designer, a mega-city dweller and community builder working for social and environmental equity. He has collaborated with artists, engineers, social entrepreneurs, and volunteers throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia, gaining a local perspective on the urban challenges of each region he has traveled to, and applying his observations to his design work. Andrés has worked on projects of all scales ranging from buildings to advertising boards to electrical vehicles and social platforms; everything that captures the built environment and its users. He specializes in parametricism and biomimicry, and currently assists an early stage startup.

Her interests include holistic nutrition, movement, colors, live music, youth wellness, cooking, laughing loudly, and the outdoors. Noelle recently left her corporate career of 10 years in order to pursue these passions full time, discover new talents, and adopt new hobbies.

Bryan Carman  assists pioneers, creatives and visionaries to overcome ambitious creative/logistical hurdles. He has worked with individuals across a wide range of industries and disciplines including: hospitality, art, photography, architecture, design, mineral exploration, commercial fishing, entrepreneurship, psychology and festival production. Bryan has formal education in industrial design, child protection and welding from his country of origin Australia. He has traveled extensively and particularly enjoys bridging cultural divides and cross-pollinating ideas. Bryan’s life’s work revolves around answering the question: how can humans increase their standard of living whilst also regenerating the earth’s natural systems.

Silver Morales  is a builder based in Jinotega Nicaragua. In addition to working as a carpenter locally, he works as an interpreter, and serves to assist the Highlands Mission Cooperative - a Christian non-profit organization dedicated to improving access to education and health care in the Jinotega region. Silver is a husband and father to two children.

She is a fearless lover of life, a curious soul, relentless hugger, and one who enjoys cultivating deep and vibrant relationships. Ilaria feels compelled to hold space for all peoples and, as a conduit, to hear and receive the nuanced narratives of those around her. An efficiency ninja who loves to find creative ways to solve problems, she is passionate about event curation, spreadsheets, program development and tea. Ilaria aims to live in this present moment, in the sweetest of spaces, and to read, cook, sing, paint, laugh, pray, hug, and love her way through this life.

Jacob is passionate about people and the moving image, cultivating the ability to uncover a story’s most emotionally resonant elements and bring them to the screen in visually striking ways. He’s written and directed music videos, shorts, a feature film, and numerous promotional spots for TV and online distribution.
